IBM Curam Project Manager interview questions

I was interviewed by client partner and senior manager- the process is obsolete. It was a rapid fire round and the interviewers were fixated on process only. IBM CEO is targeting AI and hybrid cloud whereas middle management is looking for fixed mindset candidates who can only follow instructions, in a nutshell manufacturing era mindset. Curam division is already suffering from numerous customer complaints and now I understand the underlying reasons after the interview.
