IBM Technical Support Associative interview questions

It’s pretty easy. One needs to be well versed with basic technical troubleshooting of a PC/laptop. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, collaboration skills. Ability to come up with ideas that makes the job easy is a plus.

It was quick for me and they were very understanding and had value for my time. It took some week after the interview process to get the offer letter. The interview consists of 3 rounds that's only based on your speaking skills.
