After applying online, took about 2 weeks to be invited to the first round interview through Hirevue. The interview was mostly general soft skills questions with one technical question at the end.
After selected to move forward, I attended a info session held by the recruiters, detailing info about the program.
Finally, I completed over 2 hours of technical interviews with the mentors and the heads of the team. The technical interviews involved some general knowledge questions, and an in-depth discussion of previous experience.
I was ghosted after this and received no follow-up.
