    Interview

I applied online and was notified through email of an offer to interview. While the interview questions were the standard,"...tell me about a time when...," I was left wondering how such a lengthy interview process could be justified given the very low pay (less than $15/hour) and scarce benefits being offered.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Incyte Diagnostics (Washington, DC (US)) in November 2019.

    Interview

Supervisor seems awesome, said everything I was looking for before me asking. Coworkers seem very cool and smart. Company flew me up there and arranged everything. Relocation assistance, although not nearly enough unfortunately which hurt a bit. Seems way more laid back than previous labs. Really nice, good vibe.

Be very careful, this company interviewed me for a position and told me my first duty was to gain as much knowldge from a current employee as I could then they was going to "let him go" he knew nothing about their plan, made me wonder if this is standard for them to do this to employees
