      Once a great company, ruined by toxic leadership

      Pros

      Was once a high-caliber company and set the example for independent AP labs nationwide. The culture here prior to CEO, Tom Rehwald's departure was second-to-none and I was so proud to work for this company. Felt like we actually positively impacted patient care.

      Cons

      Incompetent and conniving executive leadership ran the company into the ground in short order, all enabled by ignorant physician owners. This is the saddest case study in how toxic leadership can rapidly destroy a legacy. Employees were treated like chattel, they quit paying shareholders, and service to customers declined fast.

      - Actions taken by the CEO have caused employees to question her honesty. - The owners/doctors seem so focused on money they don't seem to care how their long-term and faithful employee's are treated. - I wish we could all go with LabCorp and if you live in Spokane that is making a major statement. - Lack of transperency and hopefully that will change with PACC. - Morale is low due to inconsistent messaging and lack of caring from upper management.
