Applied online. Got contacted by email to answer some preliminary questions (motivation, availability, expected salary). Within a few days I was having the 1st round interview with an HR officer and my potential team leader for the said position. The discussion was mainly about my background, experience, skills, expectations, and how would I handle certain situations. About half of it occured in English to test my language skills. A few days later I got invited to a second round, this time with my potential section head I believe. This interview was more about my personal traits and how would I approach and handle certain situations (i.e. about the ability to prioritize, make compromises, my communication and organizational skills, stress resilience etc.). Overalll the whole process took about two weeks.
