Interview
Three step interview process with the third step in two parts. First part by HR and 2nd part by hiring manager. HR requested I tediously fill out a job history despite my having resume on hand. They take this seriously unfortunately and have the power to keep the interview from reaching the hiring manager so best to accommodate any challenges they bring to the process. They of course requested salary history which I politely did not give them. From first interview to hire can take a while so patience is important.

I received an interview after 1 week applied online. I had a first 20 min interview with recruiter at Intertek. It was great and recruiter said he would present me for hiring manager and get back to me. But the recruiter ghosted me after that.

Group presentation about the company and specifics about the location. Maths, English and scientific knowledge written exam. Time tight for exam to add pressure. All done as group. Lunch and chat to employees. Tour. Then individual interviews.
