Interview
I got 2 round interview. Firstly, I have an phone interview with HR to discuss about my role and motivation. Then, I interview with manager. The interview is comfortable and people here are very nice and profeesional
It was analytical and straightforward. Excel problems were asked, which were very easy. Some questions from the past experience were also asked. Managers were very helpful after I started the job, and I learnt a lot in the first month. The interview was held in a 5-star hotel. There were 3 people interviewing.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ipsos (Ho Chi Minh City) in Mar 2014
Interview
I did a research and selected the market research companies that I may want to work for. There was no vacancy open at Ipos Vietnam at that time so I just sent my CV to their HR Manager (they encourage you to do so on their company website). A few weeks later a lady from HR contacted me and we spoke on the phone, exchanging information about my experience, expectations etc. and about their company, organisation structure, what they do etc.
I was sent some raw quantitative data (from a market survey) and asked to prepare a presentation. There were quite a few people in the presentation (from different teams). It wasn't difficult, but my advice is ask someone already working for a market research company to help you with the presentation as the way they do it may be different to what you think (there's no right or wrong way, it depends on the purpose of the assignment - what the clients need?). If it was quantitative research, just stick to the numbers.
The position was too junior for me though so we didn't take it any further than the presentation although the feedback was very positive.

Question 1
No difficult question but you need to prepare what they may ask you about your analysis.
