It was uncomplicated. Pretty standard questions, but i would highly recommend researching about the company and stating competitive advantages ipsos vs competitors. Why ipsos is a. big question here.
The interview is first with hr, than a manager and then a second manager.

They ask examples of you dealing with problems in former experiences. No technical questions, because it is junior you. are not expected no know any tools in depth ,

Interview
Eerste fase was een telefonisch gesprek om wat dieper in te gaan op motivatie en inhoud van de vacature, daarna kennismakingsgesprek waar cv overlopen werd en daarna testen verbaal en analytisch redeneren. daarna vond er een tweede ronde plaats om dieper in te gaan op capaciteiten om functie goed te beoefenen, het was hierbij vooral belangrijk om aan te tonen dat je commercieel bent.
