Received an invitation from junior human resource department. Whem I went for the interview, the junior HR apologized because the senior staff was having a meeting, and the user was away, so she couldn't ask any relevant questions other than general inquiries. The junior staff told me to go back and would invite me back later in one or two weeks.
However I never received a follow up, so it was a waste of time and the interview was very unsubstantial.
It was one of the most unprofessional interview session I ever had. Why asked a jobseeker to come when the user was having a holiday?
I had a 30 minute phone call where I was asked questions regarding the role and my prior experience. By the end of the conversation, I was offered the role

I think it started with a referral then an interview then I was given a task and prepared a presentation on the task, then a second interview to present and discuss.
