I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at J D Wetherspoon in Oct 2014
Interview

How would you promote deserts to me after I have finished my meal?
Fun and chill, just a few question about what why and something about yourself. Then will ask your flexibility. Then after a few mins consideration the manager said would like to offer me this position.
