Group interview with around 20 other people. No 1 on 1 interview, not usually the case I imagine. Group task involved prioritizing everyday tasks of a hypothetical John Lewis department shop. After this a short written section.

Situational questions. A customer hasn't received an order yet, or wants to complain. Look at their policies before hand.
Very interactive, mix of group work and individual questions to give everyone an opportunity to showcase their skills.
Total length about an hour, with lots of hands on involvement from hiring managers

Group interview, a series of task you need to read through and determine the best course of action. No one to one interview which means you really have to stand out when talking in the group.
