I had to complete multiple online tests and then was successful I went to an assessment centre at my local branch and worked with other interviewees to complete different tasks and scenarios
Very interactive, mix of group work and individual questions to give everyone an opportunity to showcase their skills.
Total length about an hour, with lots of hands on involvement from hiring managers

Group interview, a series of task you need to read through and determine the best course of action. No one to one interview which means you really have to stand out when talking in the group.
