we firstly started a bunch of group exercises, in which the group needs to reach an agreement of choices for each task. Don't be too aggressive! Then you need to complete a writing test, the time is pretty limited, it's better to prepare a format beforehand. The interview itself isn't very hard, the interviewer was mainly looking for how you understand the programme and industry. Other parts focusing on your personality etc.
