Was quick from invite to interview - interview was with 2 members of the department who were friendly. The interview was via Zoom, the questions felt fairly rigid and wasn't very conversational.

It was a 3 part interview. The last 2 interviews were about 1 hour in length and asked a lot of situational questions. They try to gage whether your personality is a good fit more than your experience.
