Multiple interviews, some technical questions, some social events in office and some outside of office, very laid back and interactive throughout the entire process. Not sure how much it compares to an internship in the same function since they might work salaried employees much more rigorously.

Interview
technical questions, pretty straightforward. Make sure you know the foundation of the black scholes, monte carlo, swaps, fixed income investments. Interview was pretty fast for 30 minutes and you will hear back quickly also. Really appreciate the prompt response from them.
Two rounds of interview one with two people from the valuations team, they ask u really common interview questions and the next one with the head of valuations team which is much more difficult.
