Die beiden Kollegen waren bestens vorbereitet, pünktlich und ich würde extrem freundlich empfangen.
Nach einem kurzen smalltalk/ warmup ging es zur Vorstellung der Firma, der Abteilung und dann um meinen Werdegang.
Im Anschluss div. fachliche Fragen aus verschiedenen Bereichen und die Möglichkeit auch von meiner Seite noch alle Fragen zu stellen dir mir wichtig waren. Inkl. Zufriedenstellenderr antworten.

Conversational, it was fine. The interviewer was very nice and did not try to trip me up. He asked some behavioral questions, but overall it was very relaxed. No issues with time or being forced to stay longer than scheduled.

Interview
Experienced versus new college hire goes through a different process, but as an experienced hire, contact a recruiter for the company. After an initial phone interview, the actual interview consisted of 3 consecutive interviews by senior managers. These are your potential senior management, so winning at least one over strongly on your side will help. The questions are typical for interviews, but they seem guided towards identifying team players with a history of success and aptitude to adapt to changing environments.
