Interview
1. I applied online and was required to complete pulsifi personality test
2. received a phone call from HR. HR clarified some questions regarding the resume
3. pre-interview assessment. Some journal entries questions and 1 short essay
4. Virtual interview. No technical questions. The interview started with introducing yourself and managers asked some behavioral questions. The managers were nice and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant experience and no pressure.
The stages for the interview were: Quick phone call with HR, Online Assessment, Writing Assessment related to the position applied, Face-to-face interview with the team, Onboarding. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Explain your Resume, and why you would be a good fit.
Phone interview for first stage. Second stage is group interview and was more of a casual conversation with the partners. Virtual interview. PPC was fast to inform about the results of interview.
Short 5 - 10 mins phone screening, online aptitude and calculation tests, then an English essay writing test and Teams interview with a few other candidates on the same day. Waited a few days for the offer to come through.
