Applied online which was followed by an online assessment and an assessment centre (in-person interview). Prior, to being invited to the assessments centre, the academic transcript was requested. Overall, the process was fairly smooth.

Interview
The first stage was online application with a few descriptive questions. Second was an online game based test. Third was a video interview which included 5 questions. Finally it was a panel interview with a partner and manager.
The whole process was quite long, however they kept updated on all stages. They also provided a good constructive feedback when I was rejected, which was very helpful for me in other job applications as well.
