Thorough interview process asking sector and technology questions exploring expertise. The difficulty was high but the experience was enriching and enlightening. It is good to be prepared for managerial interview in advance
Straightforward behavior commentary based questions. The process and experience depends on the individual interviewee though. No tricky questions.
