Submit to the hiring manager if possible. You will be contacted by a recruited and may have a phone interview. You will meet with at least two people or panels for a series of inerviews on the same day to assess skills and fit with the group.

Lengthy process, interviews are friendly but impersonal. Some interviewers seemed inexperienced and strictly followed scripted questions. The process took several months from the first interview to the time I received an offer.

Phone then in person with hiring manager. Might send you out via flight as needed based on job type. I now need 30 words at minimum to complete this section.

Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews and they did not get back to me until four months later. Also, before my 2nd interview, the recruiter reached out to me on Sunday to let me know I had to create a detailed presentation a day before my interview. The whole process revealed to me that the organization lacked effective communication.
