Interview
The hiring manager called in 15 candidates and conducted a group panel interview with all 15 candidates at the same time. They decided who would move to the next round and selected 3 candidates. Everyone else was told to go home. The three candidates were given in-person interviews.
In my opinion, the 3 weakest candidates, who showed no originality of thought, were selected to go through.

How would you measure performance of a new program?
The interview process consisted of an informational interview, and interview with the future supervisor and colleague, and a final interview with the supervisor and senior leader.
The interviewers were very personable and the interview itself felt more like a conversation than an “interrogation”. Very smooth process.

The interview process was fast, but the paperwork took forever.
Interview included a call with a recruiter, call with the director, sharing some extra information and examples of deliverables from previous projects, in-person meeting with the team.

4 rounds. 1. Resume Submission through website. 2. Pre-Interview Questionaire. 3. Phone Interview. 4. Panel Interview. From first submission to offer, process took about 35 days. Before the in-person panel interview, there is a writing assessment taken on-site. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. From HR to interviewer to office assistant.
