Interview with 2 team managers...We review and approve every post before it appears on our site, and in the case that the community sees something suspicious we will look into the issue and take appropriate action.

I had to do an assessment then was invited to a virtual group interview where there were 2 interviewers and three other people interviewing as well. They asked us 3 different questions mostly about how we handle situations and what attendance means to us.
