I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San Rafael, CA)
Interview
I received an email inviting me to complete a virtual interview. It was an automated interview where the questions were read to me by a computer generated voice and my answers were recorded via video. I did not hear back about the job from the organization. Not even a generic email saying that I was no longer being considered. I had to regularly check the online portal, where it eventually was updated to note the position had been filled, but only after 2 months of it saying my application was still under consideration. The process was very impersonal.
