Interview
Process consisted of two first round interviews at 60 minutes each with 20 min fit questions, 30 min case and then remaining 10 for questions. After getting through round 1 you have an additional two interviews with more senior people and one with the partner. Same structure on these interviews as in the first round

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.

- written case at office, about 1.5 hours - time to prepare & present an Excel & Powerpoint
- partner interview online at the end of it
