I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kearney in Nov 2010
Interview
I was given the job description in advance and basically went through it and found examples of how I qualified. The interview basically revolved around my resume/cover letter and I was asked specific questions about certain projects I had completed and results in my professional career as well as graduate studies. Overall I just ended up not having the technical/programming background required.
