Interview
I interviewed in the Johannesburg offices. I went through 5 fit and case interviews. I was initially impressed by all the people I interacted with during the process and the communication after each interview stage. However, the tone changed as we neared the 5th and final interview- there were sudden requests to add more rounds which was confusing. After the fifth and final interview, the company ghosted me. It has been 2 months and there has been no communication whatsoever regarding their final decision. The process left me feeling humiliated, discarded and disrespected- I would have appreciated even a generic rejection email. It takes a lot to prepare for 5 case interviews and to get time off from a consulting job to attend those 5 interviews - the least a company can do is to communicate a decision to the candidate especially after they have gone through such a rigorous process to get to the final stage."

Interview
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
