It consisted of four interviews. First an introduction with a recruiter and then a logic test. The last two interviews was to test my techincal competence and after that test my leadership skills. Before all of this I had to complete a logic test and coding test.

Straightforward, efficient process. I applied for the Graduate programs in both Berlin and Stockholm, but was only invited to interview for the Berlin one. I first had an HR interview, where they asked basic questions about my tech experience and goals. I then had a logic test with 18 questions to test my problem solving abilities. After this, I had a culture interview, where I was asked a series of interesting questions, often with multiple choice answers. The fourth round was a technical interview, where I had 3 algorithmic problems to solve under timed conditions. I found these challenging and unfortunately I did not make it pass this stage!
