Interview
I was head hunted via an agency in Stockholm. The initial interview was with them.
A few days later I was invited to the Klarna office for a logic test, interview by HR and then a interview with a Senior Manager. I came back a few days later to meet one Excecutive and a person that would be in my team. The whole process took a few weeks and it was very professional.
Klarna checked 3 references, and did a credit/police background check.
Onduidelijk proces, langzame opvolging, gesprek weinig inhoudelijk was voornamelijk informatie versturen. Interviewer maakte geen professionele indruk, geen interview op star methodiek of andere structuur. Dit maakt een gesprek vaag en tijdverspilling.
Multiple steps in the process, including a logical thinking test. The recruiter informed me upfront very well about every step, what to expect, how long will the interview take and who will be interviewing. Overall a good experience.

There was also a case study done during one of the interviews. I was told that beforehand and the material was only shared in the call as previously informed.
