The first round was a recruiter pre-screen, followed by a logic test. This was very simple. After this, another recruiter schedules a call to describe the interview process thereafter. This was described to me as consisting of four rounds: skills; bar raiser; (case study - 99% of the time); team fit.
I only got to attend the skills interview. I wasn't provided any preparation for this. The interviewer asked questions such as, "How would you inform a government about what Klarna is?" and "What are Klarna's competitors?". The recruiter had simply informed me that I would be discussing my personal experience and relevant skills for the role.
The role was filled by another person before I could proceed further in the process, so it was hard to know whether the arbitrary interview questions contributed to my result.
