Kohl's Store Warehouse Operative interview questions

Less than 10 mins. They came on the zoom and told me it'd be less than 10 mins. She asked me 3 questions 1 being what's the last nice thing I've done for someone. I was told I'd have an email by the end of the day. It was 3 days later and a decline then the job went up 2 weeks later. I don't think they are actually hiring. I think its the illusion to get grant money or something. She didn't seem interested in anything and just getting the interview done to say she did it.
