I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (Manchester, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Three steps, with manager and internal recruiter. Followed by an offer. Held at the office in Manchester. There was no direct interview with the client organization. It was a smooth experience and I felt comfortable throughout.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Background experience, what you want it a new role etc
Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there.
Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time.
Told me they would get back to me and never did.
