Completely behavioral, if you search up "behavioral interview questions" that's what they will probably ask you. Very laid back, got an offer a couple of days after the interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Champaign, IL) in Sept 2023
Interview
Talked to recruiter in person at schools career fair, followed up with one email. followed by one online interview over Microsoft teams, interview lasted about 45 minutes and was semi-formal. Followed up with interviewer and recruiter.
