Make sure to use the STAR methodology for answering interview questions. I did not and could tell the interviewing manager was very frustrated.
There are a lot of behavioral questions so make sure you are prepped on those before hand

Question 1
Name a time you had a disagreement with an employee
40 minute interview online. Most of it was behavioral questions. There were two people taking turns asking the questions. They asked a bit of technical questions at the end in a sort of rapidfire format.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos in Apr 2024
Interview
3 rounds, with increasing job title seniority. It was overall flexible, the recruiter did a great job communication throughout, and I did eventually land the job. Would highly recommend this company.

Why do you want to work in your major, and what motivates you.
Straightforward anf friendly. Typical interview process. Friendly staff and asked the usual behavioral questions. Offered me great pay for an internship. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a good internship and a foot in the door in government contract industry.
