Awful experience with recruiters! I spoke via e-mail with two Leidos recruiters and they both did the same thing for the "initial interview" process: email me about ten questions and ask me to respond. Some of the "interview" answers could be found right in my resume. Tells me they were not really reviewing the resume and instead of speaking over the phone with a "human touch", they just e-mailed me. So impersonal! For the first recruiter, I responded to his/her email questions and got one reply in regards to accepting a smaller salary. I agreed to it. I never heard from that recruiter again even though I reached out to him/her a week or two later to find out where the company was in the interviewing process and if I was still being considered. The next time I heard about the position was when I got an auto-reply email from the company a month later stating that the position had been filled. Similar experience with the second recruiter for a different position (Program Support Analyst), only he/she didn't reply at all to the "initial review" questions that I responded to. No"thank you" or "received"...nothing! I found this to be so unprofessional and tacky! I would not recommend Leidos to anyone looking for a recruiter that really wants to get to know a candidate and assist them. Bad look for the entire company!
