HR reached out to schedule both the phone and on site interview. The interviewers were friendly and took the time to explain the role. The interview questions are mostly behavioral questions.

Question 1
What are the things you can contribute to the existing team?
It was an in person interview. It was two part interview. First we were dividing into groups of 4 and given a Case study and we had to discuss for 30 minutes and present it to the interviewers. The second part was individual Behavioural interview, where two interviewers will sit in a room with your resume and ask you about your experience and possible technical question (Excel).
Pretty straight forward. Case study with 2 other applicants. Then a behavorial interview with 2 Leidos employees. But I did come in a group of 20 with another group going before.
Somewhat difficult. There was a group interview and that was a little bit surprising to me. So all in all it was a neutral experience i would say in terms of the process.
