Not too difficult, just took a while to get going. Consisted of the normal type of interview questions. It was a normal experience and I had a couple of rounds before an offer.

I received a call back after applying online to set up a interview , then I received a Phone interview a week later. I was asked a series of questions regarding previous job experience and how well I handle difficult situations. I was then offered a job a little over a week later.

Entrevue téléphonique rapide, ensuite entrevue en personne avec 2 superviseurs. À la fin de cette entrevue une mise en situation avec un des superviseurs qui se présente comme un client en crise qui appelle et on doit le rassurer et lui offrir un service approprié.
