First step: phone interview - the manager discussed the position and then I spoke about myself, more conversational and less formal of an interview. Second step: in-person interview - I went to the site and had another discussion with the manager, and then met the team I would work with.

Interview
Fairly smooth and straight forward. Asks you star questions and about your experience, give answers and ask any questions you have . Make sure you are ready to answer scenario questions but as long as you have good interviewer dont sweat it.
2 rounds of interviews, first with recruiter and second was a technical interview with hiring manager and engineers.
Both interviews were virtual and were approximately 5 days from one another.

Standard mix of behavioral and technical questions. About 6 in total for the entire interview. A sr Manager conducted the interview. It was a one on one interview during a SHPE national convention.
