I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process was great, from start to finish. Chris, Kelly, and Lindsey on the recruiting team did an awesome job of making me feel welcome and prepared, and I always felt clear on when to expect the next step/communication. My process included a phone interview and two on-sites (the second included a presentation). The interviews themselves were pretty casual, and the interviewers seemed more interested in getting to know my individual strengths rather than just checking boxes. It really set the tone for my first few weeks with Lyft.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN)
Interview
The interviewing process is like non Ive ever seen! There are many interviews to help you get to know the company and if hired who you could be working with. It was a very exciting process! It’s also a plus to have familiar faces when you walk through the door for work on your 1st day!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lyft (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interviewing with Lyft was a great process. There were several rounds of interviews focused on core values, culture, philosophy, and work experience. Really casual conversation. Lyft stands behind their core values and seems to really want to bring people in who will mesh well. I was stoked! The recruiters kept me in the loop the whole time.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN)
Interview
Awesome process, they make sure they are getting the right people. I applied online and heard back in a few days for a phone screen. Had 2 interviews in the 2nd round and then came back for more and a presentation. The presentation was really a great way to talk through your leadership style and how you view data. I received an offer about 10 days after.
