I was referred. Within a week the recruiter contacted me. We set up time to talk. However the first question she asked was if I need sponsorship. They do not sponsor for that role. So the call ended within 2 mins.

Phone interview with recruiter. Phone interview with hiring manager. Excel exercise to prove job-specific skill competencies. Final round interview with 6 team members, mostly behavioral.
Really friendly team and great company culture. Realized during the interview that the skill set and interest fit wasn’t perfect.
