I applied online. I interviewed at MHR in Dec 2025
Interview
The HR process is incredibly unorganized. I was asked for my availability and then ignored until I followed up myself. After the interview (which I thought went well), I was completely ghosted. I sent a follow-up email, but that was also ignored. The recruitment team deserves the sack. The lack of communication is unprofessional and damaging to the company’s reputation.
There are 3 in person interviews all in the same assessment day
- conversational
- presenting projects
- technical ability questions (no code assessment)
Usually multiple days of interviewing and in groups of up to 5 people but no group assessment.
