Cold in personal , Thay forgot i was there . Never called back I always had to do the follow up.
Truly seems they want to bring you in for a interview ask alot question .Have you take some test . Only to forget about you . When I was sitting waiting I could hear all the office gossip .

u and a manager in a room answering questions getting to know u. talk about urself and ur experience, previous job roles and hobbies, very easy process and quick replies with job opportunities
I met with a friendly recruiter, she asked general questions about my previous work experience who were related to the position they were hiring for. I also did a typing test.
