was told to go in ten minutes early and to walk around the store while I was waiting for the interview to begin, I then got called in for the interview after this.

walk around the shop floor for 5 minutes and then say 2 good things and 1 bad thing i noticed
Went well, followed a booklet of prewritten questions. Took about 30 minutes, questions differ based on whether they have facilities such as a bakery, clothing store, etc. Friendly team, not intimidating.

Poor..interviewing manager joked he was applying for job too. Then 5 mins later confirmed he was interviewing me. Shouldn't trick people. Also said my capacity wouldn't work with shifts on offer...why get me in...knew the hours I was available.
