Interview
The first round was a phone interview to assess your experience before moving to meet the hiring manager and 4 peers. The face to face interview consists of introduction of the team structure, company culture before proceeding to situational and technical questions.
Passed the recruiter screening and was scheduled to be interviewed by the Hiring Manager later that week. I was impressed by the timely communication. The following week, I met with two members of the team for the second round, and the week after that was the final round with a senior leader of the team. I was told I would have an update in two weeks. Two weeks passed, and I reached out to the recruiter but didn't get a response. Two more follow-ups over two weeks, and still didn't get a response. This role was my first choice, so it was especially hard to get ghosted after the final round.
