It was Extensive. Basically, they want to make sure you fit their McKinsey culture or not.
They want people who can work in agile manner and on their own. You should be fluent about your resume and good fit for their team. Thats all

Absolutely mess process, HR didn’t know for which profile they are hiring. Shared different JD and interviewed ask questions for different profile. Questions was easy but they didn’t know if I can fit it into. No feedback from HR team as well about what panel has provided.

Interview
The candidate is expected to have a thorough understanding of network and various vendors including Palo Alto, F5, Arista, etc (no mandate but really preferred). Overall process will be smooth and hassle free. They prefer to hire a candidate who is referred inspite of consultants.

Question 1
Mckinsey is known for interviews. The interviewer is really open-minded and never press on the grey areas. They focus on what is written into the resume, match it up with the CV and create practical scenarios to start the interview with post the traditional "Tell me about yourself question" (here they gauge the verbal skills)
