The interview process had one initial telephonic round, followed by 4 additional rounds with Managers and Senior Partners. The process ended with a fitment round. Telephonic interview is generally resume screening and acts as a passage to move forward towards the next rounds. The rounds with managers and partners consists of questions regarding the previous work done, challenges faced, solutions delivered etc. The rounds always had atleast 2 case studies along with few guesstimate questions. The thought process and the logic one is applying, is all what matters. They are basically figuring out the kind of approach one uses and what all parameters one can consider while facing a business challenge. The process is rigorous but is exciting. In my scenario, the meetings/connects took longer than usual. So the interviewer will try to highlight everything that is there in the resume. Overall, the process is super exciting!
