Nothing new in my interview that other didn't comment in their respective posts. First the Problem Solving Test, one month later a batch day which consisted of three 1:1 interviews with EMs and three 1:1 interviews with senior managers only in case you passed the first round.
Being not used to the case method because it is used in my country only by big Consulting companies I concentrated in its preparation and I didn't take the time to ace other important issues.
Probably it is interesting to note that I'm not russian and I don't live in Russia now. Be aware that most parts of the interview were in Russian (which was OK for me),

Why Russia (taking into account that I am Spanish)?
The interview is structured exactly as the preparation materials describe, i.e. personal fit and case. All interviewers were friendly and supportive. After each interview round I received helpful feedback. The cases are not easy but fair.

Questions regarding the case. Interviewer will led the case though
First, there is a computer test screening. Then, you get invited for the first round interview, usually conducted by an AP. Then, for second round, you have two interviews with Partners. You get feedback quickly, less than a week between interview and feedback
3 stage interview with increasing seniority. Opportunity to prepare with current colleagues prior to interview which was useful. Straight forwards process, no big suprises if you prepare in advance but prep is needed
