Resume drop and phone screen. The person asked me a few things that he thought was interesting. The case involved a simple q and a short math. I got a little nervous and took more time than I should have but the interviewer was encouraging.

Submitted application materials online (resume and cover letter). Cover letter contained an impactful story.
Invited for a phone interview that contained both interview questions and a mini "case" (they called it a STEM-Healthcare business situation). Fit questions included why Insight, why consulting, and to explain a particular experience on my resume.
Received a phone call that I didn't get invited to the program.
