Simple and straightforward- the recruiter was very transparent and asked relatively basic questions to assess my fit for the role. It was quite a nice interview and the process appears to be quite fair and transparent.
Interview involved a short presentation (about 10 minutes), questions about the company and motivation. Not a lot of questions about previous work or experience. Overall it was a good experience.
Online meeting with HR via teams of approximately 20 minutes. After that got invited for second interview at the office and had to prepare a 10-15min presentation about communication and organisation techniques.
