Interview
This was an FTC position. I applied through an external recruiter. Process was very straightforward and received an offer. After successfully completing a background check I received laptop and work equipment. Everything was great and was due to start in about a week until I received news that they withdrew the offer citing some internal hiring policy changes for FTC workers. I was quite baffled by this and literally never saw this coming. It wasn’t until a week after I was meant to start that I found that they had actually hired someone else for the same role and client vertical so basically the excuse they gave me was absolute BS. I was looking forward to work at Meta but this experience absolutely put me off the company completely.

Question 1
• Experience in problem-solving and working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of customer marketing funnel and
traditional/online marketing ecosystem
• Experience in managing complex projects and work
streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
Hard - expect all the behaviourial questions as if you have experienced all of it.the easy part is using data to influence sales part because it is more logical.

Interview
The process was great. Super structured and lots of questions during the interview loop. You need to prep a lot, but otherwise if you really understand the role and goals and industry you are interviewing with you are good. The media /performance experience is still required.

Many steps including a recruiter conversion, hiring manager conversation, and lastly a loop that has 4 interviews. They are not fast in the process and it can take several months for them to decide
